Window Cleaning

Regular Window Cleaning: Standard window cleaning does not include hard water removal, scraper use, screen repair, construction cleaning, or acid treatments. If you need any of these additional services, please inform us, and we'll be happy to accommodate your needs.

Track Cleaning: Our rates cover glass cleaning services, with the additional complimentary frame and track wipe down during the process. If you require perfect cleanliness in the window tracks, we can provide a quote as this falls under general cleaning tasks rather than glass cleaning and requires additional equipment.

Mould: There will be an additional cost to remove mould from frames and window sills due to the extra work required.

Window Accessories: Please remove any air conditioning units, security bars, or other accessories that need to be dismantled or moved before our window cleaning service. While we will do our best to clean around any accessories left in place, we will not remove or tamper with them ourselves.

Skylights: On quote basis and not included as standard window cleaning.

Split Levels/ Hard to Access Windows: If you have windows in hard to reach places, we are happy to accommodate you and provide a quote for this service.

Offices, rumpus rooms and similar will factor into the bedroom size of your property for quoting and pricing purposes.

General Terms and Conditions

1. It isn't always possible to provide written terms and conditions for every scenario as each property is unique and has different needs so we reserve the right to assess these on a case by case basis.

2. Pricing displayed one elevateexteriors.co.nz is subject to change at any time.

3. The scope for all services aren't always fully known until the service begins so a pricing estimate will be clearly highlighted and final price is subject to change based on how the service progresses

4. All quotations provided by us are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. We reserve the right to amend the quotation in case of any unforeseen circumstances or additional work required.

5. You are responsible for providing us with safe and unobstructed access to the work area. We reserve the right to refuse to perform services if we determine that the work area is unsafe or if our employees' safety is at risk.

6. We maintain liability insurance to cover potential damages caused by our services. We are not responsible for any damages that occur as a result of pre-existing conditions, such as structural issues or the presence of hazardous materials. In the event of damage caused by our services, our liability will be limited to the cost of repair or replacement, at our discretion.

7. Access to water is required for most services and will be provided by the customer
